A useful new feature is added to WMS Viewer on line, it is the ability to share the map that you view as you view it in social media. Currently Facebook and Twitter are supported.
In order to do this, click the icon button on the top of the screen or choose the Save and Share option from the tools menu. On the right side bar you may generate a link to a custom view of the map that you currently see. There are buttons that provide the option of sharing the generated link to Facebook, Google+ or Twitter.
Alternatively, this function is available through the Custom Map View page in which the parameters for creating the custom view link are added manually.
